Easy and efficient check in to the doctor's office.
This is an academic project made during the certification as a UX Designer with Google. The project is an app used to check in on the family’s doctor’s office before a medical appointment.
Project scope
As an academic assignment, the main scope of this project was to put into practice the main concepts learned on the certification course. Precise research about users and real-life information about them were not a priority due to time and resource constraints. Fictional personas and user journeys were created using external tools to compose a complete UX case study with all its stages, and put into practice all concepts learned and the design thinking methodology. The outcome of the project might not have all the requirements of real-life production materials, but it will attempt to showcase in a good way all the stages, work, and reasoning of a good UX design project.
